"Update: Couldn't figure out how to edit my last review. This one is for customer service. As mentioned in my last review for whatever reason my kit didn't have a case. Left a message for customer service. Couple of days later one showed up at my door. So shout out to N Ear customer service. I'm loving this earpiece and could never go back to tubular after this. I've been highly recommending it to everyone on the set."

"Amanda reached out to me after I commented about my previous negative experience on the N ear website. I explained to Amanda that Like many of us tell others about bad experiences, I told many other officers about my negative experience I had with N ear after I had previously reached out about my attempts to have a warranty issue addressed which ended with negative results. Luckily, I still had my message thread regarding my previous issue which I provided. Amanda was very empathetic and apologized about how my issue was handled. Amanda took my issues to the upper management team and she was able to correct the wrongs. Amanda resolved my issue fairly for me and facilitated N ear standing behind their product. Amanda's empathetic response and her attention to the customer service aspect of a company is an example of how all companies that make products that professionals' lives rely on should handle legitimate issues. For me, and many others, placing that call for help via two way radios can be a matter of life and death. Thank you Amanda. I truly hope N ear uses you and your effective customer service skills to train others. Whenever I speak of my, now, positive experience with N ear, I will associate Amanda's name with the company."
You Won’t Know It’s There !
"A game changer. You will constantly think you don't have your ear piece in lol. You won't know it's there. Coming from a tube this was a huge difference. I'm a little hard of hearing and I could clearly hear much better with this. (Worked on tanks in the Marines) I also don't have that feeling of being underwater or loss of half your hearing. Two small things. It shows a case in the picture and I did not get one. Another thing I would suggest is to put a clip on the adapter block. I took the one that came with the kit and double stick taped it to the block. Keeps the block up the top of your back and the weight off the wires. Keeps it from going down your back like the tubular one has the clip on it. This is worth a look if you want to hear better and be comfortable !"

"I've used this piece of kit for a few weeks now and I'm pleased with it's performance. I used the converter piece to rig it up to my Ear Phone Connection lapel mic and the audio quality is leaps and bounds clearer. I like it's low profile and minimalist design."

"I've been in law enforcement for 23 years and work 12 hour shifts. I've used the normal tube style ear piece and often have had issues with them falling out of my ear, ear pain from the tube or just muffled sound. I was blown away immediately after swapping to the N-ear. Absolutely weightless and with it going further down the ear canal, I could hear radio traffic better and at a lower volume! I loved that this was compatible with my current 2 wire system as well. Definitely recommend the N-ear!"
