Better mousetrap
"I was referred to this product by the Faith Based Security Network (FBSN) as an upgrade to the traditional acoustic tube system. Wow, what a difference. The speaker is in your ear so the earpiece is smaller and less obvious. We use the one-wire kit with the 3. 5mm connector so the earpiece also plugs into our speaker mics when in uniform instead of having to buy an additional piece so this system is actually CHEAPER than our old acoustic systems where we also had to purchase a listen-only component to plug into our speaker mics. Audio quality is superior and comfort is orders of magnitude better. So grateful the FBSN and this product."

Amazing set up!
"I was a LEO for 25 years. I didn’t start wearing an earpiece until 2009 or so. The only option we had were the old tube style. I’ve recently retired, and now a part of my church safety team. We started using the old tube style with our radios until I found N-ear. I first bought my wife the dispatcher version and she loves it. I gave this beauty a go and wow! I can barely tell it’s in my ear and the sound is amazing. The mic set up and the ability to disconnect the earpiece from the mic portion is genius. 10/10 recommend this!"

Worth every penny
"Initially, I was hesitant to spend this much money on just an earpiece. But after getting it, I realized that it was worth every penny. This is more comfortable than the standard issue earpiece. The earpiece goes into the ear and just sits in the canal so it doesn't put pressure on your ear like a regular one does. it also allows sound in around the earpiece. That lets you listen to what's going on around you without muffling any of the sound. The radio traffic coming through the earpiece is clear though. The volume is adjusted with your radio controls and goes very loud if you need to. But you won't need it to go that loud because it's so deep in your ear that you can hear it very clearly. This earpiece is much more discreet also (if that's important to you). My main concern when I got it was that it felt kind of fragile. But I have had it for a year now, and it has held up with no issues. We all know that cops are pretty hard on their equipment. I wasn't sure that it would have lasted with no problems. The wire is very thin and I thought that would be what would go first. But so far so good, it seems like new. If I would've realized that it was this good, I would've bought one years ago. It really is a great product and worth every penny."
