N-ear- round ear tips
"I purchased the Round Ear Tips as an alternative to the open ear tips that come with the N-ear. I work in an environment that is at times loud requiring more outside noise isolation. These work great. They really do block out a significant amount of ambient noise. They took a minute to get used to as you can feel them in your ear channel. I recommend them to anyone needing just a little more sound isolation."
