Outstanding Customer Service and Products
"N-Ear products are top notch, to the point to where I personally purchased another to gift it to my coworker. Their service, specifically from Amanda, went above and beyond. I've never had a company proactively call me, unprompted, while doing yard work. I had a small issue that they immediately fixed and then did a fantastic job at promoting their products in a way that wasn't pushy. I've used Earphone Connection equipment for my Motorola for the best part of 6 years and will not be going back. Even if you ignore the "cool" factor about their gear being low profile, the products will still speak for themselves."
