Its patented bend allows effortless switching between the left and right ears. The open-end ear tip eliminates ear fatigue and provides 360° situational awareness, ensuring all-day wearability without compromising performance.

N•ear’s Braided Fiber Cloth® cords excel in durability, flexibility, and tensile strength. Tailored for various vest setups, it rests comfortably on clothing, ensuring a tangle-free experience. The Braided Fiber Cloth® cord also boasts 90 lbs. of pull strength.

This earpiece comes with 1 Open Eartip, 1 Double Flange Eartip, 1 Black Metal Clip, and 8 Earwax Filters.

Connectivity

  • To Speaker Mics - plug the N•ear 360™ earpiece directly into the audio port of the speaker mic. 
  • To Existing Earpiece Kits - users will require an adapter, refer to the 'Converting Is Easy' chart below. 
  • To Radio - users must select one of the available Push-To-Talk (PTT) options. Options include the Choice™ PTT, as well as traditional or two-wire PTT options. Each PTT comes with a connector tailored for a specific radio model. To specify the required PTT and connector based on the radio model, refer to the available options here.

What is the difference between our N•ear 360® earpieces?

12 Inch

The 12-inch cable emerges as the ideal choice for law enforcement officers who opt not to wear a Molly vest with a single side setup (Left earpiece, left speaker mic, or right earpiece, right speaker mic). If you prefer a high chest or open chest position for your PTT microphone with a single side setup, this is your best option. See the 22 inch option if you are using your PTT on one side and earpiece on the other.

22 Inch

The 22-inch cable stands out as the preferred choice for law enforcement officers who rely on a Molly vest and require additional slack for strategic cable positioning. Tailored to the specific needs of officers wearing Molly vests, this cable length ensures the flexibility necessary for optimal placement of communication devices.

"I use the braided version for law enforcement work, and it’s been a huge upgrade from the old plastic ear molds I used to run. It actually stays in my ear all shift, even with lots of movement, and I’m not constantly re‑seating it or worrying about the mold cracking. The sound is clear enough that I can keep the volume reasonable and still catch every transmission, and the braided cable feels tough and doesn’t tangle as much under my vest. For patrol and event work, this has become my go‑to earpiece. I also ordered an extra pair for my coworker and they love it"

"I originally had the short regular one and it has worked perfect for a year plus. I ordered this because I recently moved my setup to an outer carrier and it has not disappointed either. "When I first picked this earpiece up I was excited, only to be frustrated 2x after a weeks use for each earpiece. Amanda was by far the Glue that kept me a N-Ear family member. She was extremely Patient and helpful in trying to find me a solution to my problem. After several back and forth messages (all positive) Amanda helped me get a new mic and another earpiece and finally I was able to enjoy and experience the N-ear like it was meant to be used. Never thought I’d spend as much on an earpiece.

"Can’t hear or understand the shoulder mike at crowded events. Also don’t like the public hearing both sides of LE conversations. Got tired of water droplets blocking the audio tubes on regular earpieces, so finally spent the $$. The N-ear is very clear, broad volume range, doesn’t block awareness and always works. So far well worth the purchase price."

"Absolutely love this earpiece! Covert with amazing sound and comfort! This was a warranty replacement. The representative that I have dealt with, Scott Rees, was awesome! "I’ve been looking for a more comfortable and higher quality speaker to her in my ear while on duty. Everything else I have tried has simply been substandard. When I learned about the N ear 360, I reviewed the product online for about a week. I felt like the price was outrageous, and was very skeptical about the quality of the build overall, and most specifically the quality of the speaker. I went ahead and plunked down the money with a heavy amount of skepticism . when the box arrived, and I took it out, it seemed so thin did I was sure even if it worked a while would break in a week. Now here’s all the good stuff! The N ear 360 flexco. is simply outstanding. I cannot understand the technology, but the inner ear speaker is as crisp and is clear as anything I’ve ever heard or used. Moreover, the speaker fits down into my ear canal with a soft, small rubber tip. It wraps around the ear and stays in place and after about two minutes you have no idea it’s even there. Plus I continue to hear ambient voices and noises, even though the speaker is down in my ear canal. this product is worth every penny I spent, and I plan on buying another one as a back up just in case. The thin wire that you also use to secure your ear. I have accidentally pulled on wrapped around other things and have never had any issues with the speaker cable . Again, I do not understand the technology, but I also don’t care. It is so far I’ve been a perfect system."
